DWI Drugs Dismissed

Warren county woman was charged with DWI drugs after almost hitting police vehicle. Toxiclogy indicated positve results for multiple controlled substances, including ambien. We were able to persuade the prosecutor that client had “sleep-driven” and that the act of driving was not voluntary. Client pled to reduced charge of reckless driving with no points on her license.
