St. Louis woman recieves probation with no felony conviction for felony assault and kidnapping charges related to homicide

A St. Louis woman was charged with felonies for participating in a group which allegedly assaulted and kidnapped a man. Subsequent to the assault, a co-defendant shot and killed the victim. At sentencing, attorney Brian Cooke persuaded the judge to grant probation and give the defendant a suspended imposition of sentence. As a result, our client will have no felony conviction so long as she sucessfully completes probation.
