Felony Exhibiting a Firearm Reduced to Misdemeanor, 3 Days Time Served

Client was charge with unlawful use a weapon –exhibiting after allegedly pointing a gun at his girlfriend’s ex. Our client faced up to 4 years in prison if convicted.
