Client was charged with felony possession of fentanyl after police found a large amount of fentanyl in a compartment of the car she was driving. During the preliminary hearing, attorney Brian Cooke forced the officer to admit that the drugs were in a non-obvious place, that the car didn’t belong to her, and that he couldn’t say for certain whether or not she knew the drugs were in the car. As a result, the case was dismissed.
